What Is a Sex Coach? What I Do During My Sessions

A Sex Coach is a professional who supports people in getting to know their sexuality, their body, their desires, and the way they experience pleasure better. Sex coaching can address aspects such as communication, self-awareness, pleasure, and relationships, and there are different approaches and ways of practicing it.

In my case, I work from a practical perspective based on my training as a Sex Coach and more than 15 years of direct experience in sexuality.

You may be wondering what it means to be a Sex Coach and what you can expect from my sessions. Essentially, I see myself as a personal sex trainer and teacher. Just like a sports coach or a teacher in any other field, my aim is to guide you in getting to know your body better, exploring new ways of experiencing pleasure, and developing a more conscious and satisfying sexuality.

My philosophy: real pleasure, communication, and reciprocity

We live in a society where we still carry many taboos, prejudices, and scripts about how we are supposed to experience sexuality.

For a long time, many of our sexual references have also come from porn, films, or relationship models that do not always show what is actually happening inside the body.

What interests me is precisely the opposite: the pleasure you actually feel, not the pleasure you perform.

My approach is based on authentic communication: learning to express what you like and what you do not, while also learning to listen to the other person. Pleasure is not only about receiving. For me, a good sexual experience involves giving and receiving, observing, asking, feeling, adapting, and enjoying together.

Many people believe they already know their sexuality perfectly well, yet there is an enormous world of sensations still waiting to be discovered.

For example, not all women enjoy cunnilingus, and not everyone experiences pleasure in the same way. Many women have also faked an orgasm at some point, and some people have learned to perform certain sexual responses because they believe that is what is expected of them.

There is no universal technique that works for everyone.

That is why one of the things I am most interested in teaching is how to stop performing sex and start feeling it.

Of course, to do that, you also need to want to learn, allow yourself to be guided, and be willing to question some of the things you may have been doing your entire life.

And something important: paying for a session with me does not mean that all the pleasure has to be exclusively for you. My understanding of sexuality is based on reciprocity.

For me, pleasure has no gender or sexual orientation

I do not understand pleasure through rigid labels.

Each person has their own anatomy, history, desires, experiences, and particular relationship with their body.

That is why my coaching adapts to each person, their current stage in life and sexuality, and their circumstances.

I do not start from an assumption about how a man or a woman “should” experience pleasure. I prefer to discover how the person in front of me experiences pleasure.

My approach as a Sex Coach: training and practical experience

My way of working as a Sex Coach has been shaped, above all, through practice.

I have more than 15 years of direct professional experience in sexuality, as well as training in coaching and other courses related to sexuality.

My experience as a sex worker, my contact with thousands of different people, my curiosity, and a very open mind have allowed me to closely observe how we experience desire, the body, pleasure, communication, and also our sexual insecurities.

For me, that experience has enormous value.

I do not intend to replace the work of a clinical sexologist, psychologist, doctor, or other healthcare professional when an issue requires that kind of care. My work as a Sex Coach has a different approach.

I work through learning, experience, communication, body awareness, and pleasure.

That is why my approach as a Sex Coach is practical and experience-based.

A personal trainer for your sexuality

I do not see my sessions as an encounter where you simply come, receive pleasure, and leave.

I see myself as a kind of personal trainer for sexuality.

When you practice yoga, CrossFit, or any other physical discipline, someone can observe you and suggest changing a posture because there may be another way of doing it that works better for you.

Something similar happens with sexuality.

If, during a session, I notice a habit that I believe is limiting the experience, I may point it out. I may suggest trying a different way of touching, kissing, communicating, moving, or paying attention to the body’s responses.

That does not mean there is only one correct way to experience pleasure.

It means experimenting and discovering alternatives.

If you do not like being corrected or you come intending to do exactly what you always do, my way of working is probably not for you.

We are here to enjoy ourselves, but also to explore and learn.

What can you expect from a session with me?

To get the most out of a Sex Coaching session with me, there are a few things I consider important.

Direct and respectful communication

When you contact me, try to be clear and specific.

My website explains my philosophy and the way I work quite clearly. Reading this information beforehand helps us determine whether we are actually looking for the same thing.

Punctuality

Both our time matters. That is why I appreciate you arriving at the agreed time.

Arrive ready to feel

Whenever possible, I recommend not coming to a session immediately after masturbating or having sex.

For some people, spending some time without constantly seeking orgasm can help them arrive with greater desire and sensitivity.

But every body and every person is different. I do not work with a mathematical formula of “X days without sex = more pleasure”.

It is also about learning to observe your own body.

Mind and body present

For me, it is important that we can communicate and clearly perceive what we are feeling.

Alcohol and certain drugs can affect sensitivity, perception, erections, orgasm, and our ability to communicate.

Cannabis deserves a separate mention for me because it is part of my own personal experience with pleasure. In my case, it has had an important influence on how I have learned to perceive certain sensations and connect with my body and with pleasure.

That does not mean it has the same effect on everyone or that it is necessary in order to enjoy yourself. Every person can react differently.

One of the things I have learned over the years is that not all bodies work the same way.

Openness to learning

If you come expecting to repeat exactly the same sex you always have, my method will probably feel unusual to you.

From the very first touches or kisses, I may point out aspects that I think we could explore differently.

I do not do this to tell you that you are “doing it wrong”, but so that you can try something different and discover for yourself what happens.

Very often, small changes in the way we touch, kiss, move, ask questions or listen to the body can completely transform an experience.

Learning to explore without rushing

One of the things I notice most is the tendency to want to reach the goal too quickly.

This happens especially with certain practices.

Anal sex is a good example. It should not simply be understood as “getting to penetration”. The area needs time, relaxation, lubrication, communication and a progression adapted to the person.

Porn can give the impression that certain practices happen immediately and without any prior preparation. A real body does not work like an edited scene.

And this does not apply only to anal sex.

It also happens with orgasm, penetration, oral sex, and many other forms of pleasure.

Going faster does not mean feeling more.

Sometimes, exactly the opposite happens.

Giving and receiving pleasure can also be learned

Giving and receiving pleasure is an art we can continue to learn throughout our lives.

Our bodies change, our relationships change, and we change too.

Sex toys and other resources can be part of that learning process. I do not consider them enemies of sex or substitutes for another person. They are tools that can help us discover sensations and get to know our bodies better.

After so many years working with sexuality, I am still learning.

And I think that is wonderful.

I don’t want you to perform sex. I want you to feel it

If you are tired of automatic or superficial sexuality and want to discover other ways of experiencing pleasure, my way of working may be right for you.

You do not need to prove anything to me.

Nor do you need to become a sex star.

But I do need you to contribute something too.

I do not want someone who is completely passive and expects me to do everything. I want communication, curiosity, and a willingness to discover.

If you are simply looking for a quick service and a “happy ending”, there are other services that will probably be better suited to what you are looking for.

My work as a Sex Coach is different.

I want you to enjoy the experience, but I also want you to take something away from it: a new sensation, a different way of communicating, another way of touching, a question you had never asked yourself before, or a greater understanding of your own body.

My vision of sexuality

I would like to contribute to a more open and conscious approach to sexuality, centered on real pleasure.

In particular, I want to question many of the scripts we still carry into heterosexual relationships, although my work is not limited to them.

For decades, we have seen a great deal of sexuality on screens, but seeing sex does not necessarily mean learning about pleasure.

A performance may look spectacular from the outside while telling us absolutely nothing about what that person is actually feeling inside.

What interests me is precisely what a camera cannot show: what the body feels.

After more than 15 years of observing, listening, experimenting, and sharing experiences with very different people, I am still curious about human sexuality.

And that is what I want to convey through my work as a Sex Coach: getting to know the body, communicating better, questioning what we have learned, and discovering that pleasure can also be learned.

I am here to guide you in discovering the pleasure of giving and receiving.
